Our Refund & Resolution Policy
🔹 Food Quality & Preparation
If a dish does not meet your expectations, please inform our staff immediately. We are happy to re-cook or replace the item to ensure your satisfaction.
🔹 Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
- If there is an issue with your meal (e.g., incorrect dish, undercooked food), we will offer to replace or amend the dish promptly.
- If a customer chooses not to accept a replacement and requests a refund, we will assess the situation and may offer a refund at our discretion.
🔹 Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be considered if:
✅ The issue is reported at the time of dining, before the meal is significantly consumed.
✅ There is a clear and valid reason (e.g., an error in preparation, a quality issue).
✅ Proof of the issue is provided (such as showing the dish to a staff member).
🔹 Non-Refundable Situations
❌ A meal is fully consumed before raising a complaint.
❌ Personal taste preferences rather than a fault with the dish.
❌ Complaints made after leaving the restaurant without prior notice to staff.
