A Memorable Evening: Fundraising Dinner at Sandbanks for Animal Rescue Algarve
At Sandbanks Beach Restaurant, we were proud to host an incredible evening in support of Animal Rescue Algarve (ARA). The event brought together over 100 guests, all united by a shared passion for animal welfare and community spirit.
The night was a tremendous success, raising an impressive €25,000 to aid ARA in its vital mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need. Guests enjoyed a delightful three-course meal, accompanied by live music, while an exciting auction and raffle—featuring over 60 generously donated prizes from local businesses—helped boost fundraising efforts.
We sincerely thank everyone who attended, donated, and supported the event. Thanks to this unwavering community spirit, ARA can continue providing a safe haven for countless abandoned and mistreated animals at their state-of-the-art shelter in Cabanita, Loulé.
The dedication of the ARA team and volunteers is truly inspiring. Their tireless efforts, from daily care to rehabilitation and rehoming, give these animals a second chance at life. Whether through donations or hands-on involvement, every bit of support makes a difference.
